Table of Contents
The table of contents is generated automatically during conversion. 
To view it, you click the TOC button. 
It can be based on up to three levels of section headings from the original document, or on page numbers.
You can edit the TOC to change the heading link text that will appear in the published index page, for example to make links more informative.
